Bab Mansour, Meknes
Moroccan gates are something else. Even normal-sized doors here can be a work of art. There will definitely be more posts from me about Moroccan gates and doors, because I just think they’re awesome, but for now, here is Bab Mansour in Meknes, Morocco. I just started my intensive Darija class this morning, but I’m pretty sure “bab” means gate. (More on Darija class later. I am so happy to be back to learning Arabic! I’ve missed it.)
